ORDERS

When will my order arrive?

While standard mail times have resumed to normal we are finding that some destinations are experiencing longer delays due to staff shortages across the globe. The majority of orders are being shipped with no delays bar exception to a few.

Orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia. Orders are usually sent out within a week from when your order is placed. If your was placed during a sale period or if your order includes a print in size A1 or A2, it may take a little longer be sent out as these are print on demand. Standard shipping within Australia should take up to 5 business days. International orders should take 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Express shipping is also available.

Shipping prices will vary depending on the size and weight of your order. You can calculate shipping costs at the checkout.

Returns / Refunds / Taxes
Our returns policy is applicable to purchases made through our web store via www.exoticcancer.com

- Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or unwanted gifts
- Refunds will not be given due to shipping delays as these are out of our control and shipping timeframes are indicative based on the information we are given at time. 
- To issue a return, the item must be received by the recipient, any items that are yet to be delivered or shipped by the forward freighter will not be applicable for a refund or return.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
- International localised taxes and duties that may incur when entering your country will not be covered by Exotic Cancer, these are managed and collected by the local Government.
- Lost mail, mail that has been registered as delivered or unclaimed mail is not applicable for a refund unless the postal carrier has been deemed responsible. 
- Refunds will not be given for incorrect addresses.

Faulty Products
- Refunds or store credits will only be issued where the product has been determined to be faulty.

Fraudulent Orders

- Any orders that are flagged as fraudulent will be contacted and asked to provide proof of ID, Exotic Cancer reserves all right to cancel any order flagged as fraudulent if adequate proof of ID is not provided.
